Klute was founded in 1961 by Don Klute. The company is still family owned and operated to this day.
While we’ve grown in size and expanded our services over the years, our family values run deep and many of our employees have been with us for years.
We believe in taking care of our people. We pay competitively and offer a full benefits package. Our work environment is far from corporate. We understand that our employees have lives outside of work and we’re flexible when it comes to family events and functions. We’ve always been a proponent of overtime and believe that overtime allows our employees to earn more when we’re busy.
