From our estimating to the final non-destructive testing (NDT), every manufacturing process is meticulously planned and incorporates rigorous checks to ensure accuracy. Getting anchors and steel delivered on time is very important to your project. We understand that our products are the first step in the construction process, and if we delay, it impacts your schedule. For this reason, we plan out production precisely so that we don’t overbook our schedule. After making an order, our project management team will continue to check in with you on delivery dates, submittals and field issues. Occasionally, problems will happen onsite, and when they do, you can count on us to expedite fixes to keep your project on schedule.

Communication is where the Klute Advantage really shines. It starts with estimating, where you will see a team that asks the questions to make sure they have captured the full scope of the project. It continues with project management, where you will have a dedicated person for your project to coordinate deliverables and schedules. Our engineering team takes it from there, working with your engineers to make sure the structures and equipment all assemble smoothly. Lastly, our shipping team communicates with the site to ensure timely deliveries. We are a dedicated team ready to help with your next project.

Investment in technology has been our ethos since day one. Our family business model is to continually reinvest in the latest technology, keeping us at the cutting edge of the industry. We have strategically purchased state-of-the-art equipment so we can fabricate exactly what is needed for substation and transmission line projects – 60-foot press brake, large tube laser, 3D detailing software, robotics and automation. These investments have allowed us to insource our fabrication process, giving us unmatched control over quality and delivery schedules.
